There are 2 teenage characters who seem to be the protagonists of this series and they meet several other characters who are adults and seem to be antagonists.

It is a dark setting filled with different timelines and different planets , there is also a forest presented.

I think this show was targeted to older teenagers and young adults. This is because the characters seem to be teenagers giving it a younger point of view which would more enjoyable and relatable for a younger audience. As well as this the story line seems to be a fantasy which would seem to be more enjoyable to the younger generation as they would be watching a made up world and an unrealistic story.
